The M.A.C.E. Drug Task Force is a Narcotics Investigations Division consisting of Detectives from the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office and the Hinesville Police Department that was established in 1995. The primary mission of M.A.C.E. is to investigate violations of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act in Hinesville and all areas of Liberty County. Our community leaders and law enforcement executives are committed to supporting an aggressive proactive approach to the war on drugs. The Liberty County Sheriff’s Office and the Hinesville Police Department has combined our investigative efforts and have established excellent working relationships with the Criminal Investigation Division and Military Police on Fort Stewart.M.A.C.E. is under the supervision of Captain Chris Reid and Lieutenant Jeff Hein and can be reached at 912-877-4040.
